Ashley is an Editor, Director, Sound Designer and former co-owner of the multi-award winning production company Brain Candy Films. Don’t let his youthful looks fool you, he has over 14 years of industry experience, working on a wide range of productions including prime-time TV, cinema campaigns, commercials, branded content, short-films and music videos.

After cutting his teeth in broadcast TV, working on a number of documentary and factual entertainment programmes, Ashley went on to freelance for various production companies and creative agencies, before co-founding Brain Candy in 2012, where he oversaw all areas of production and post production.

Ashley's other passions are sound design and music production. He loves the craft of sound design, field recording and creating original foley. He has written music for many projects including composing title tracks for a number of Channel 4 productions. He is credited as music supervisor and sound designer on many projects and has produced a series of podcasts for Channel 4's 4Talent.
